LATERALLY FROM EDGE OF EXCAVATION AND REPLACE REMOVED ASPHALT USING INFRARED PATCHING PROCESS AT ASPHALT SAWCUT JOINT. REPLACE BASE COURSE AND SUB-BASE TO ORIGINAL SPECIFICATIONS CONCRETE COLLAR NOTE: NO GLUE FITTINGS OR PIPE ALLOWED D & L SUPPLY CLEANOUT FRAME AND COVER H-8030 OR APPROVED EQUAL WITH THE WORD "SEWER" ON THE COVER REMOVABLE PLUG COMPACTE TO 95% STANDARD PROCTOR DENSITY 4-INCH I.D. PIPE (TYPE SHOWN ON PLANS) OR AS SHOWN ON PLANS STANDARD 4-INCH 45° BEND STANDARD O-RING CORPORATION JOINTS LINE SIZE X 4-INCH WYE SEWER LINE 3/4 INCH MINUS GRANULAR FILL MEETING CDOT CLASS 6 SPECIFICATIONS SUB-BASE BASE COARSE TYPICAL FOR CONSTRUCTION IN FIELD OR YARD TYPICAL FOR CONSTRUCTION IN TRAVELED WAY FOR TRENCHES EXCAVATED THROUGH EXISTING ASPHALT SECTIONS, ROTO-MILL ONE HALF THICKNESS OF ASPHALT OR 1-1/2" MINIMUM THICKNESS. TRENCH WIDTH TO BE A MINIMUM OF 8" PLUS THE DIAMETER OF THE PIPE, AND A MAXIMUM OF 24" PLUS THE DIAMETER OF THE PIPE. IN LOCATIONS WHERE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED DEPTH OF BURY OF 5.0 FEET IS NOT POSSIBLE, THEN THE SEWER MAIN SHALL BE INSULATED WITH 2-INCH THICK "BLUE BOARD" FOAM INSULATION. THE INSULATION SHALL BE CONFIGURED SUCH THAT THE SUM OF THE DIMENSIONS OF D1, D2 AND D3 IS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN 5.0 FEET. [D1 + D2 + D3 > OR = 5.0 FEET]. SH E E T N O .
