want to be sure I'm apptying the correct code sections and pl,acing the correct stamps on your issued
FIELD COPY. To ensure I do so, l'm requesting a written repty from the owner(s)to confirm a few of the
project scope detaits. Having a written record from the property owner in the permanent buitding fil.e is

1. The buitding apptication form states "pote barn form farm equipment and storage". The
accompanying subsoiL study prepared by Kumar & Associates says investigation was for a "barn /
ADU". lnasmuch as there is no submitted ftoor ptans depicting proposed room use(s) in the
received btueprints, may I ptease confirm

2. Does the property have an existing driveway?

have owners been in communication with Garfietd County Road & Bridge regarding a new
driveway permit or driveway exemption tetter? Separate permit may nol appty to your project
scope - however, if you shoutd happen to have any recent paperwork from Garfietd County Road
& Bridge, that woutd be usefuI for me to scan into your fite materiats.
3. Looking at Garfietd County GIS Land Exptorer and County Assessor Property Records for this
physicaL address location, I betieve the lot is currentty vacant with irrigated agricuttural [and and
new current residential. dwettings on the property. ls that stit[ accurate today?

zoning compliance review is going rather welt; I have no corrections on the structuraI engineered stamped
