Thank you for your questions regarding the barn. Ruth and I are currently out of town - out of the country actuatty

response is messy.
To answer your initiat question, we did have the structure designed to accommodate a habitabte tiving space in the
western 1/3ot thestructure.Wedonotyethaveaftoorptanforthespace. Weareintheprocessof planningfor
that. Our immediate need is the structure itsetf for a g/ farm equipment storage

2.a.) The subdivision drawings include a driveway access to this property off of the county road, which was
covered in the subdivision process. lt is currentty a gravet driveway with a gated entrance. We haven't had any
discussion with Road & Bridge.
3.a.) Lots 2 & 3 have new owners and new residences. Lots 1 & 4 are under new ownership and homes are in
design. We are stitt the owners of lots 5 & 6 as Bramco LLC. Att the Lots have a majority portion of the property stitt
in irrigated agricutturat use. I believe that is your question?
I hope l've helped here with my response. Our primary goat is to get the structure constructed and the roof on
before winter, so we can get equipment out of the weather.

may not appty to your project scope - however, if you shoutd happen to have any
recent paperwork from Garfie[d County Road & Bridge, that woutd be usefuI for me

Records for this physicat address location, I believe the lot is currently vacant with
irrigated agricul,turat Land and new current residential. dwel.l.ings on the property. ls
that stitt accurate today?
