8) DEFERRED FRAMING SUBMITTALS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO BUILDING INSPECTOR AT FRAME
INSPECTION: FOR COVERED PORCH STAIR DOWN TO EXTERIOR GRADE. ADU MAIN EXIT DOOR
OPENING TO COVERED PORCH SHALL INCLUDE 2015 IRC CODE COMPLIANT STAIRS DOWN TO
GRADE (RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS MUST NOT EXIT THROUGH A GARAGE).
