A. GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING RESOLUTION AND LOCALLYADOPTED CODE REOUIRES SITES LESS
THAN 8,OOO FT ELEVATION TO HAVE MINIMUM 36INCHES FROST DEPTH. FOOTINGS DESIGNED
AT 2,OOO PSF, FIELD VERIFY 36 INCH MINIMUM FROST DEPTH & UFERGROUND INSTALLED.
OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT REOUIRED AT FIRST FOOTING INSPECTION
B. FOUNDATION
C. SEPTIC SYSTEM CONNECTION
D. PLUMBING/GAS
E. SITE FRAMING, STAIRS, HANDRAILS PER STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS PLANS AND FIELD COPY.
F. FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY*
