C - Tenant FinishesSubiect: John, per our tetephone conversation yesterday regarding Cattte Creek Btdg. C, Units 1 & 2 tenant is scheduled to be Dan Higbee, dba/Mountain Ctosets. Dan witt be using the space for warehouse storage. He indicated to me that he might possibty framing an office in the space. I advised Dan that he woutd need to contact the GARCO Buitding Department and submit an apptication for a permit. Per our leases, at[ tenants atso need to submit drawings to our office for approvat in addition to the GARCO Buitding Department permit. ln the space at Cattte Creek Btdg. C Unit 3 witt be occupied by Chartes D. Jones for additionaI warehouse storage space. CharLes D. Jones had asked me if it woutd be possibte to not buitd out the restroom in the space. I totd them I woutd contact John ptano, GARCO Chief Buitding Officiat, and asked what the possibitity of this woutd be. I catted John ptano and discussed this. lt was determined by John Ptano that since Chartes D. Jones [eases Cattte Creek Btdg. B, adjacent to Btdg. C, and it is tess that 500 feet between buitdings and they have an existing restroom tocated in Btdg. B code woutd attow them not to have a restroom located in Btdg. c Unit 3. ln addition, we discussed the tenant, Atpine Steel, that witt be teasing Cattte Creek Btdg. C Units 4 thru 7. John stated that Atpine Steet woutd atso need to submit for permits for the wetding shop.
