HomeMy WebLinkAbout*** Staff Application Submittal Memo - 12.11.2024 Spring Valley Ranch Application Submittals STAFF Philip Berry, AICP DATE December 11, 2024 SUBJECT Updated submittal requirements for Spring Valley Ranch Substantial PUD Modification PUAA 05-23-8967 The applicants for the Spring Valley Ranch PUD Substantial Modification resubmitted the application on December 3, 2024. Those submittals included updates outlined in the letter from Jon Fredericks, which is included in the folder as “SVR Referral Response Letter #2 12.03.24.” These updates will be reviewed for Staff’s report and recommendations to both the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners.
