Spring Valley Ranch Application Submittals

SUBJECT Updated submittal requirements for Spring Valley Ranch Substantial PUD
Modification PUAA 05-23-8967
The applicants for the Spring Valley Ranch PUD Substantial Modification resubmitted the application on
December 3, 2024. Those submittals included updates outlined in the letter from Jon Fredericks, which
is included in the folder as “SVR Referral Response Letter #2 12.03.24.” These updates will be reviewed
for Staff’s report and recommendations to both the Planning Commission and Board of County
Commissioners. The new submittals are considered the applicant’s representations, and can be found
on the County’s Laserfiche Weblink for PUAA 05-23-8967 in the folder called “Updated Submittal
