Holy Cross Energy has adequate power supply to provide electric power to the development, subject to tariffs, rules and regulations on file. Any power line enlargements, relocations, and new extensions necessary to deliver adequate power to and within the development will be undertaken by Holy Cross Energy upon completion of appropriate contractual agreements and subject to necessary governmental approvals. Additionally, due to current economic conditions, Holy Cross Energy is not stocking the quantity of construction materials as in past years. If your project is slated for construction this year, please advise us as soon as possible. You will need to enter into agreements with Holy Cross Energy, and pay for the project, sufficiently in advance of construction to avoid possible delays while materials are procured. The currently estimated lead time for procurement of materials is around 12 weeks. Please advise when you wish to proceed with the development of the electric system for this project. At this time, it appears that these existing facilities have adequate capacity to provide natural gas service to your project, subject to the tariffs, rules and regulations on file. Any upgrading of our facilities necessary to deliver adequate service to and within the development will be undertaken by Black Hills Energy upon completion of appropriate contractual agreements and subject to necessary governmental approvals.
