The revisions and supplemental information are as follows: 1. We conducted a review of the neighboring parcels and have attached the revised list as Exhibit A. 2. Full size (24x36 inch) versions of the site plan and proposed final plat are attached as Exhibit B and Exhibit C, respectively. 3. As you discussed with my colleague, Quentin Morse, access to the proposed lot will be through County Road 107 and then vis-a-vis the 50’ Access Easement identified with more precision in the site plan attached as Exhibit B.
