FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING TO BE DOWNCAST AND SHIELDED.
5) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLYWITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS OF THE COLORADO STATE FOREST
SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. SEE GARFIELD COUNry COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

INTERIOR WALL MODIFICATION DETAILS. IT SHALL REMAIN DISCRETION OF GARFIELD
COUNTY BUILDING INSPECTOR TO REOUIRE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DETAILS FOR ANY
OTHER OBSERVED CHANGE TO AS-BUILT CONSTRUCTION DURING FRAMING INSPECTION
I) BUILDER / CONTRACTOR SHALL ENSURE REMODELED BEDROOM HAS AN EMERGENCY
ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENING (2015 IRC SECTION R310).
B) CURRENT SCOPE REVTEWED AS A MrNOR ALTERATTON TO EXTSTTNG ONE-FAMILY
DWELLING RESIDENCE. OWNER EMAIL DATED MARCH 19,2025 CONFIRM SCOPE: 1. TO
ADD AN INTERIOR ACCESS DOOR TO AN ALREADY EXISTING BEDROOM, 2. TO REMOVE
AN EXISTING WET BAR THAT CURRENTLY EXISTS IN THE BEDROOM, AND 3. TO REMOVE A
SECOND EGRESS DOOR FROM EXTERIOR WALL OF THE BEDROOM.
9) ANY FUTURE CHANGE TO BUILDING USE OR OCCUPANCY, SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A NEW
BUILDING PERMIT AND LAND USE CHANGE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ADOPTED
CODES AND LAND USE REGULATIONS IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE WORK.
