REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) ALL EXTERTOR LIGHTING TO BE DOWNCASTAND SHIELDED.
5) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE RECOMMENDATIONS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE
DISTRICT. PLEASE REFER TO THE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR
ADDITIONAL I NFORMATION.
6) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT rS REOUTRED AT FOOTTNG TNSPECTTON AND PRIOR TO ANY CONCRETE
POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR.

FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACK

9) SEPTIC SYSTEM REVIEW / APPROVALS: PRIOR TO BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF
OCCUPANCY PROVIDE FINAL APPROVAYSIGN-OFF FROM GARFIELD COUNTY'S PUBLIC HEALTH
DEPT.
10) TWO "UNFtNtSHED MECHANTCAL" SPACES ON BASEMENT 41 ARE NOT APPROVED FOR USE AS
HABITABLE LIVING SPACE(S). SEPARATE BUILDING PERMIT IS REOUIRED FOR FUTURE CHANGE IN
USE OR OCCUPANCY OF SAID SPACES. FLOOR PLANS GRAPHICALLY SHOW THE SPACE FOR
MECHANICAL USE ONLY.
