2) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRIC
BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
3) ALL EXTERTOR LTGHTTNG TO BE DOWNCAST AND SHtELDED.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHALL COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE RECOMMENDATIONS PER COLORADO
STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PLEASE REFER TO THE
GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION.
5) OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT IS REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO
ANY CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT
TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR. 2,OOO PSF AS SPECIFIED BY THE GEOTECH.
6) BLOWER DOOR TEST IS REOUIRED. MUST SUBMIT BLOWER DOOR TEST REPORT
TO GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPT. OFFICE PRIOR TO
SCHEDULING FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION / C.O. FINAL. SEE ATTACHMENTS TO
COVER SHEET FOR BLOWER DOOR TESTING OF SMALLER STRUCTURES.
V) PRESCRIPTIVE PATH WITH 2018 IECC TABLE R402.1.2 PRESUMED TO HAS BEEN
CHOSEN FOR ENERGY COMPLIANCE OF THE HOME DESIGN. SEE ATTACHED
MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND REPORTS. ALL NEW HOMES TO HAVE
wHoLE-HOUSE MECHANTCAL VENTTLATTON SYSTEM TNSTALLED (2015 rRC TABLE

8) LOWER LEVEL OF STRUCTURE REVIEWED FOR U GARAGE OCCUPANCY ONLY.
