Gonstruction Observation and Communication: The owner had completed sub-excavation for garage footings, and was beginning to backfill with onsite clayey silt soils, mixed with imported class 2 and class 6 basecourse Collected a sample if this mix to get a new proctor. We advised him on approximate moistures needed for appropriate compaction. Estimated he would need approximately 9% moistures. Will call for compaction tomorrow Technician: Todd Gressett Reviewed By Robert L.
