At the time of our site visit, the contractor had installed a new cleanout adjacent to the residence and a new 1,500-gallon two-compartment Infiltrator poly septic tank with an effluent filter in the outlet tee of the tank and a new distribution box. The septic tank is found on the approved list of septic tanks by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) and appeared to be installed level with access brought to grade. The contractor provided an as-built drawing showing that the new components were installed in the same location as the existing components. In our opinion, this tank and distribution box were installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit. Thank you, Edward R. “Ted” White, P.E.
