I, Jeffrey Allen Tuttle being a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Colorado hereby certifies that the Height of
the Lowest Floor (garage) of the home on Lot 12, The Rapids on the Colorado is 5507.45 based upon site
measurements made under my direct supervision on August 15, 2025 and is 4.45 feet above the target Lowest
Building Floor Elevation for Lot 12 of 5503.0 per the Floodplain Special Use Permit Letter prepared by Enartech, Inc.
dated September 26, 1996 and provided by the Garfield County Building Department. Material fill bringing the
building envelopes of The Rapids on the Colorado above the 100 year flood plain was approved by Garfield County
per the document recorded April 08, 1997 at Reception No. 506740 in the records of the Garfield County Clerk and
Recorder.
