ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING TO BE DOWNCAST AND SHIELDED.
5) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS OF THE COLORADO STATE FOREST
SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. SEE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT WEBSITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
6) PERMIT AppLtCATtON WAS REVTEWED AS A RESTDENTIAL REMODEL TO A ONE-FAMILY
DWELLING. CURRENT BUILDING PERMIT WORK SCOPE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY
EXTERIOR DECK REPAIR / REPLACE / EXTERIOR ADDITIONS. IF PROPERTY OWNERS WISH
TO PURSUE CONSTRUCTION MODIFICATION TO THE EXTERIOR MAIN LEVEL DECK PATIO,
THEN SEPARATE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION WITH DETAILED SITE PLAN AND
STRUCTURAL FOOTING / FRAMING DETAILS SHALL BE REMITTED TO GARFIELD COUNTY
COMMUNIry DEVELOPMENT FOR FUTURE PROCESSING.
7) THE SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXTDE DETECTORS rN THE EXISTING HOME
ARE TO MEET CURRENT CODE. IF WIRES CAN BE RUN WITHOUT REMOVING
