1. Have you received a confirmation or assurance from City of Rifte to extend or otherwise connect Lot 3 to City of Rifte's community water and
sewer services? Not yet, stitt waiting to hear back from them on it. Application was fitted out and turned in. I witl fotlow up with the city.
Feedback: Habitabl.e tiving spaces need to have a connection to an adequate water suppty / sewer system prior to buil.ding occupancy and issuance of
the Certificate of Occupancy.
Garfietd County Buitding Division want to advise property owners and project team to be futty aware of attached recorded ptat notes 6.j. for your
forthcoming construction / instattation timetines.
Any detays securing a positive connection to City of Rif te water and sewer services, may extend or detay your timef rame to occupy this manufactured
home. Owner and Buitding Contractor / lnstatlers proceed at own risk.

5. Buitding floor plans received depict four different floor pLan options: larger DEN, f lex 2 and DEN, Bedroom 4 and DEN, OR Bedrooms 4 and
5. Ptease confirm in writing which floor plan layout has been selected for instattation on Lot 3.They have the standard layout. With onty the 3
bedrooms and a [arger den, see attached for reference.
6. GeotechnicaI investigation report submitted references a new residence plus unattached garage with stab on grade. There is no current
plan for adding an unattached garage.
Buitding apptication form work scope conveys placement of a manufactured home onty. Apotogies, lthought I had submitted the ptot ptan
with the details. See attached document
Structural detaits and site plan show no such reference to a garage structure or similar occupancy. There is no garage being buitt at this time.
