PRE-ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES. PROVIDE ENGINEERED TRUSS SHOP DRAWINGS AT
FRAMING INSPECTION.
BUILDER ENCOURAGED TO WORK WITH ORRIN MOON, FIRE MARSHAL TO ENSURE ADEOUATE FIRE
EOUIPMENT ACCESS TO THE PROPOSED DETACHED STRUCTURE (PER RECORDED PLAT NOTES).
THE BUILDING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REVIEWED AS A PRIVATE USE DETACHED GARAGE
SHOP ONLY ACCESSORY TO THE MAIN RESIDENCE. ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN BUILDING
OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION
AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING
