I met with Gtenn this morning to discuss the 100 Year Ftood Ptain and the Wettands delineation. I discovered the 35' setback from a "Waterbody", in the Land Use and Devetopment Code, inctudes Wetlands in the definition. The pond is shown within the 35' setback from the Wetl, and detineation. A Pre-App with Gtenn to discuss options is the next step. Attached is the Pre-App form, ptease fitt it out and send it to Gtenn to set up a meeting. HiSam, l'm stitt in question about the submittal, regarding the water rights to fitt the pond. We spoke to an engineer with the Basal,t Water Conservancy District; he stated this pond witt be partiatty fitted with ground water and topped off with the Middte Ditch. Because of the ground water situation an additional permit is required f rom the Division of Water Resources (DWR), a Pond Wel't Permit, CC'd. The drawings submitted indicate the soil, from the pond excavation is being pl.aced in the 100-year ftood ptain.
