We hereby agree to a basic preliminarv approval of the project. Please have the following conditions and request for additional information noted, along with any additional conditions you find appropriate pending approval. Please provide material use of the patios and driveway, finish grading and location of utility meters on the site plan for Final Review. . 3.2 Home Size for River Residential 2Zone District of lronbridge Subdivision is Minimum 2,500 SF and Maximum 5,500 SF.
