General Remarks:
As requested, a site visit was made to observe soils exposed at proposed footing grade for the residence. Footing excavation
had been completed prior to our time onsite. Soils exposed at footing elevation consisted of silty to sandy clay, and is
consistent with soils encountered during our geotechnical investigation. We judge the footing subgrade as appropriate for
construction of spread footings. The contractor was notified of our observations. Additional site visits will be scheduled with our
office when required.
