(Cooperton, LLC) Please see the attached documents: -Building Permit Checklist, signed, 1 copy -Authorization Letter from Owner, Althy Brimm -Building PermitApplication- 1 copy -Valuation -Architectural and Structural Drawings - 2 copies -Structural calcs - 1 copy -OWTS docs - existing system to remain -Mechanical Narrative from Brightsense Katie Brimm, the owner, will be growing vegetables and needs to have a fence high enough to keep out the deer and other animals. So, we would like to request a Fence Variance via Administrative Review from the Director. See sheet AS-02 for fence elevation. Our fence design has 3'-0" of solid fence with 5'-0" above it as an open horse-wire design, so there is the required Clear Vision Area per Section 7-30.
