Dear John, Colleen, and Glenn,
We are submitting for a residential building permit for the property on 1188 CR 106 in Satank on
behalf of the owners Randy, Althea and Katie Brimm. (Cooperton, LLC)

Katie Brimm, the owner, will be growing vegetables and needs to have a fence high enough to
keep out the deer and other animals.
So, we would like to request a Fence Variance via Administrative Review from the Director. See
sheet AS-02 for fence elevation. Our fence design has 3'-0" of solid fence with 5'-0" above it as an open
horse-wire design, so there is the required Clear Vision Area per Section 7-30. Our goal is maintain the
visual continuity across the site and also keep out the deer!!
