There witt NOT be any "attic ceiting" nor any ftoor square footage space. ln my experience, this space gets used by homeowners for Christmas Decorations, Halloween Decorations, etc., even though it's rarely been designed or engineered for this purpose. With that in mind the trusses are "storage trusses", if someone was to use this space, I wanted to ensure the additional load was factored in. There witt not be any traditional finished or unfinished attic space. There witt NOT be any mechanicaI equipment or apptiances. Ptease confirm this existing agricultural. buitding is for private use onty, arccessory to the residence, and NOT intended for any commerciat and business ventures andlor ptace of emptoyment. 3. 3a.-3c.)The existing barn structure wi[[ be demotished, dovrn to the existing foundation. The new ADU witt be utitizing the "old barn" existing stab on grade foundation for approximatel,y 5Oo/o of the ADU foundation requirements. The additionaL 500/c witl be a newty poured concrete stem watl foundation. There rvi[[ not be any "batn" space abutting the new structure. The ADU bnitding witt be a "stand aLone" buitding. I betieve this would make the "fire separation watt" a moot issue.
