ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCU PANCY.
4) ALL EXTERTOR LTGHTTNG TO BE DOWNCASTAND SHIELDED.
5) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE
FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PLEASE SEE GARFIELD COUNTY
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
6) ALL HIGH STRENGTH BOLTING AND FIELD WELDING REOUIRES SPECIAL
INSPECTOR. PROVIDE APPROVAL REPORT AT FRAMING INSPECTION.
7) THE BUILDING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REVIEWED AS ATTACHED, UNENCLOSED
VEHICLE PARKING WITH WALKWAY ENTRY ACCESS. NO ENCLOSED
CONDITIONED LIVING SPACE(S)WERE INCLUDED UNDER CURRENT SCOPE. ANY
FUTURE CHANGE IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A
NEW BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH
ZONING REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT AT TIME OF
FUTURE WORK.
