Do you have fire-resistive shaft / 20-minute fire door details for the dumbwaiter between garage and kitchen pantry on A3.0, A3.1 and A5.1? 1.a. a manufacturer's 'cut sheet' or specifications for selected door? 1.b. a manufacturer's'cut sheet' or specifications forthe dumbwaiter lift equipment? 2. Plans Examiner Feedback: I'm struggling to finish calculating the final building permit fees and stamp the home's actual required whole-house mechanical ventilation requirement (2 bedroom, 60 versus 75 CFM). Architectural plans, fee worksheet, and RESCHECK and MANUAL J are referencing different square footages. AREA CALCULATION QUESTIONS, MORE specifically 2.a. Are the AREA CALCULATIONS on stamped plan sheets A1.1 Title Sheet & Schedule, dated 09-02-25 Permit set still accurate and reflect the intended work scope? With total liveable space at 2380.5 sq ft, garage mechanical 1326 sq ft, total covered decks patios 1032 and uncovered decks and patios 606 sq ft? 2.b. Based on architectural plan sheets and AREA CALCULATIONS, I'm not seeing an unfinished basement space, but rather fully finished basement with attached garage on lower level, correct? 2.c. The permit applicant submitted a typed fee worksheet including some separate figures for Zanetich Parcel A property: including 3243.5 sq ft finished living space, 454 sq ft unfinished basement, 1330 sq ft attached garage, 1067 sq ft covered patio deck and 756 sq ft uncovered p / d? Do you know where those figures came from? Does it reflect an earlier building design, deleted from current project? 2.d. Rescheck report from June 9,2025 shows 3244 sq ft conditioned building area (reading hetween the lines on basement notations, am wondering of owner's appetite for garage grew and unfinished basenrent diminished over the summer months?) 2.e. Elite Software HVAC manual S report, dated June 11, 2025 lists total room sq ft at 4,333 with the System 1 Room Load Summary Zone 2 including some areas as lower level future shop, lower level storr?g€ and lower level small storage; System 2 roomloadZone 4 further shows lower level 1-stall garage and separate zone 3 lower level 2-stall garage. ln a nutshell, l'd like you to re-confirm correct AREA CALCULATIONS on sheet 41.1 and affirm architectural pages dated 9.2.25 PERMIT -- are indeed -- the one's I should mark up. And if any area sq ft has since been deleted or removed from the RESCHECK and MANUAL S report from last June, then I'd like updated reports to scan into the permanent building permit record. Thanks, I have no other comments or corrections. lf you choose to REVISE the architectural with more dumbwaiter details, I recommend adding something to Sheet A5.1 Section A and forwarding clouded copy'to me. Othenrvise, if you have smaller'cut sheets'or product specs, I'll print and staple those to the FIELD COPY.
