Dear Mr. Pizarro,
The County has performed the final inspection of the building, there are item to be completed
prior to issue the Certificate of Occupancy.The life-safety items in the building appear to be
addressed, ie; The State Electrical lnspector has approved the final electrical inspection, the
Fire Department has approved the water storage and hydrent location, and the County has
verifed life-safety items have been addressed.
Below is a list of items to address to obtain the final Certifiacte of Occupancy. Please call in an
inspection when these items are complete.
. Supply the Excavation Observation Report from the Geotech Engineer.. Supply a Blower Door Test for the office.. lnstall non-absorbent surfaces adjacent to the toilets. 4' tall and 2' past each side of the
toilets.. Build a heated insulated shed at the water storage tank pipes to provide freeze
protection for the exposed pipes before they go underground to the hydrant.
r lnstall a sign over the back doors to "Watch your step"
Once all the items are complete a permanent Certificate of Occupancy can be considered for
issuance.
