Colorado License No. 61440 Soil Analysis and OWTS Design for 1204 Panorama Drive, Garfield County, Carbondale Co 81623 (parcel No. 2391-172-00-178) 44 acre lot for a new septic system. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION AS IT PERTAINS TO THE SEPTIC SYSTEM This property has 2 buildings that feed to the system. There is a 3 bedroom and a single bedroom house. The property currently has an existing 1000 gallon septic which will be crushed in place and filled with native material or removed completely. The existing soil treatment area (STA) will be abandoned. The proposed STA area is currently covered with sage brush and native vegetation. The proposed STA has a slight slope away to the SE. TEST PITS AND SOIL ANALYSIS The test pits were excavated on September 5th 2025. 2 test pits were excavated near the proposed STA,and an evaluation was performed by Tim Copeland, who holds a Certificate of Completion from the CPOW Visual and Tactile Evaluation of Soils Training.
