Although construction was accomplisher) with out noufysng CDOT .for an inspection, as indicated on your signed permit, all work appears to have bean done -in general close conformity with the above named permit. The inspection done by the Colorado Depwtment_�o ; nspi3rFaat o(CDOT) is only for the general conformance of CDOT design and code requ-mments. 1 the responsibility of the Permittee to comply with all provisions of the access'permit. In accordance with section 2.5(6) of the State Highway Access Code, if -any construction etement fails due to improper construction or material specifications. the Permittee shatl be' responsible for all repairs. Failure to make such repairs may result in suspension of the permit and closure of the access. Since construction appears to meet most CDOT standards, the access will be accepted as is. In accordance with section 2.7 of the State Highlvay Access Codc, it is the responsibility of the permittee for the repair and maintenance of the access beyond the edge of the roadway.
