RESIDENTIAL USES IN CL ZONE DISTRICT. FUTURE CHANGE TO BUILDING USE OR
OCCUPANCY, SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT AND LAND USE CHANGE
PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ADOPTED CODES AND LAND USE REGULATIONS IN
EFFECT ATTIME OF FUTURE WORK.

SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS IN THE EXISTING HOME
ARE TO MEET CURRENT CODE. IF WIRES CAN BE RUN WITHOUT REMOVING
FINISHES, THEN HARDWIRED DETECTORS ARE MANDATORY. (IRC R314,
