SEE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT WEBSITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. b) OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FIRST FOOTING INSPECTION, 1,500 PSF SOIL BEARING CAPACITY. 7) OWNER BUILDER SHALL ENSURE NO CONSTRUCTION PARKING / STAGING AREA OVER THE ■ EXISTING SEPTIC TANK AND LEACH FIELD AREA. 8) STUCCO LATH PATCHES / MINOR ADDED NEW STUCCO: OWNER BUILDER ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS NEW STUCCO WORK WITH GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING INSPECTORS AT PRE -CONSTRUCTION MEETING.
