Comments:
As of the date of this report, prior to form placement, plumbing and or gravel installation, the excavation observation
and or testing indicated that the subsurface soil conditions are consistent with the referenced report. Any future
disturbances or alterations to the building pad are outside HBET's scope of work and require Garfield County Building
Department's approval. The subgrade is adequate for foundations constructed in accordance with the Garfield County
Minimum House Foundation Standards using a Maximum Allowable Bearing Capacity of 1500 psf.

Explanation:
A representative of Huddleston Berry Engineering and Testing (HBET) arrived on site as requested to test and observe
the final lift of the housepad with native soil placement. However after HBET arrival it was determined to be an onsite a
no call cancellation due to extreme moisture and heavy rain issues. Continued inspections required.
