This letter has been prepared to provide written certification for the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System
(OWTS) installed at the property referenced above.
The system was designed by Moab Geotechnical Group as detailed in the plan set titled "ONSITE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM," Project Number 2024-031, dated April 2024 (Revision
Date: 5/22/2024).
Based on our site observations and review of the as-built information provided, it is our professional
opinion that the OWTS was constructed in general conformance with the permitted design and applicable
requirements of Colorado Regulation No. 43.
