Dear Ms. Gonzalez,
In accordance with Garfield County and State of Colorado regulations, Huddleston-Berry
Engineering & Testing, LLC (HBET) conducted inspection of the installed Onsite Wastewater
Treatment System (OWTS) at 279 Mohawk Drive in Silt, Colorado. As indicated in the
referenced report, HBET completed engineering design of the system.
Based upon our inspection, HBET certifies that the OWTS was constructed in accordance with
the design. The as-built site plan is attached. Please contact us if you have any questions or
comments regarding the contents of this letter.
