Section 9: NE1/4NE1/4 Garfield County, Colorado Dear Mr. Hartmann: Per the conditions of approval listed in the Resolution 2010-08 associated with the PA 41-9 pad location: 9. The Applicant shall be required to submit a report annually, until such time as the well pad is releasedfrom the COGCC reclamation bond, of the extraction and processing operation, for staff review. Upon review of any deficiencies pursuant to conditions of approval or other local, state, or federalpermits, Staff may.forward the report to the County Commissioners forfull review of the Special Use Permit. On the PA 41-9 location, normal operations occurred this year which include the following: • 04/21 /2025 PA 41-9 Pad Pre-emergent/bare ground Treatment There was no reclamation or workover activity on this pad for 2025. TEP personnel and contractors continually monitor and maintain production equipment, water removal, and production as needed. TEP has reviewed the conditions set forth in the Maj or Impact Review and remains compliant under the conditions of the resolution listed above.
