I Have conducted a site visit at 293 Village Drive, Permit # 06259320. As part of the minor
subdivision referral, I asked that the lots have fire apparatus access roads and sufficient
area at the home to turn around fire apparatus. During my site visit at 293 Village Drive, I
inspected the all-weather driving surface, driveway, and turnaround area for this address.
I have found all aspects of the fire apparatus road acceptable, and I am good with the
issuance of the C of O for this address.
