I'll also follow up to have the civil site plan show the electrical feed and the low voltage connection to the building for the fire alarm panel. 1. New site plan with tank, waterlines, wells, Pump house, electrical feed to pump house, location of test ports for the pump, fire alarm panel and pump controller location. ■ The site plan was submitted as drawing 1 dated 2025-11-24 in the permit package showing the tank, well, PH and lines. I've added electrical feed proposed run attached which will be from the power pole north of Bldg L west and south to the pump house and a revision on the water line to shorten the run (this will be formally revised on site plan after coordination is complete on the elec. transformer with Xcel). ■ Locations of the ports on the tank are shown on the permit submission stretch -out drawing of the tank, listed drawing 4, though we will be re -orienting them slightly to ensure proper Locations with the final site placement the tank to the pump house and any buried lines. • The pump controller is located in the fire pump room as shown on the Fire pump drawing (mark 21 on detail 3). ■ There will be a low voltage run from the pump house into the building to connect to the existing fire alarm panel for monitoring. (We will also show this on the site plan) 2. How is the water going to be kept from freezing in pipes and tanks. The Water tank has a heater to maintain temperature (submittal attached w/freeze calc and added to fire drawing document link) and all lines will be buried underground similar to the existing installed lines. The only exception is at the outflow of the tank which will be insulated out of the tank and buried with 3' of native backfill. 3. How is the pump controller fire alarms going to be monitored. • The pump controller will be wired to the fire alarm panel for local alarms for Water flow, Pump Run and Tank water level (separate design submittal for fire alarm updates will be forthcoming). 4. Are they going to have a person who takes care of the water system and pump. • The FreeUp storage site will follow an SOP to monitor & manage the pump and tank for stagnation control through periodic inspections, testing, and maintenance with the local property manager who will be onsite constantly to observe any potential issues with the tank and manage local alarms. Curtis fire will also be involved as a service contractor to maintain the pump and flow tests on an Annual basis. 5. Pump/ controller specifications. • The pump control spec is included in the Fire pump material submittal on page 125, the Tornatech GPx Series Pump Controller (see link below for documents).
