Dear Mr. Hurford,
This letter serves as final acceptance of the micropile installation at the above referenced pump house and water
tank. Production micropiles were tested and passed all criteria of NHI-05-039 Micropile Design and Construction
Manual.
Printz Engineering Services LLC accepts all micropiles installed at the site to meet our exceed our design intent and
local code compliance.
