Subject: Mfg. Home Permit Submittal
Hello Gwen,
During the plan review for your new manufactured home proposed on parcel# 217532100223 it was
noted the foundation design is not acceptable.
Please submit an engineer stamped foundation design and have the engineer reference the soils report
for the parcel. The soils report is requiring a 3' over -dig from the bottom of the footing with compacted
structural fill to obtain the design criteria of 3000 psf.
Once received we can continue the review.
Sincerely,
John Plano

Gwen,
There are a few more items...
The assessor does not show the lots split up yet.
Road and Bridge needs to approve your driveway. The site plan shows the driveway pretty close to the
intersection of the roads, not a good placement, it's up to R&B on that.
The site plan should show the access to what appears to be an oil and gas facility, and show how far that
is to the new home.
The septic hasn't been approved by Environmental Health yet.
There appears to be an existing shop on the property that did not have a building permit issued for it. How
is the shop being used? If it doesn't comply with the definition below a building permit is required.
b. BUILDING PERMIT EXEMPTAGRICULTURAL BUILDING. A structure designed and constructed to
house farm implements, hay, grain, poultry, livestock or other horticultural products. This structure shall
not be a place of employment where agricultural products are processed, treated or packaged, nor shall
it be a place used by the public. The sole purpose of the building must be agricultural. Excluded from this
definition are structures enclosing indoor riding arenas with an occupant load of 10 or more.

John,
We were told that a couple of weeks ago and the engineer is working on it and
should be about finished with it.
I heard that there might be something else pending and if there is will you please let me know so I can bring everything
down at one time.
