Resolved Notice of Violation
Edwin Garza,
On May 18th, 2026, Garfield County Public Health (GCPH) staff
performed a second final system installation inspection of a new Onsite
Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) on the property located at 1458
County Road 233 near Rifle in Garfield County, Colorado associated with
OWTS Permit No. SEPT-9809. A final letter was issued on June 5, 2026.
This letter provides notice that you have met all the requirements of the
Notice of Violation issued by GCPH on May 26th, 2026, and that the NOV
is hereby RESOLVED.
