Reliable Septic Solutions observed the installation of the onsite wastewater treatment system
(OWTS) on June 5th, 2026 for Altitude Septic LLC.
The system was found to conform with the plans and specifications set forth in the OWTS
design for the aforementioned property by this office on May 5th 2026.
Darryl Queen is responsible for putting up a barrier around the STA to keep it from being
compacted.
Observations are limited to components that are visible at the time of the inspection.
