A BUILDING PERMIT IS TO BE ISSUED FOR ANY RETAINING WALLS OVER 4' TALL. 2) THE PLAT REQUIRED THE NEW HOMES IN THIS SUBDIVISION TO BE PROTECTED WITH FIRE SPRINKLERS. 3) THE PLAT REQUIRES DEFENSIBLE SPACE.
