GRADING FOR A SUBDIVISION

1) SANITARY FACILITIES ARE REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED FOR WORKERS.
2) INSTALL STORMWATER CONTROLS PRIOR TO ANY DIRT WORK.
3) LOCATE ALL UTILITIES PRIOR TO ANY WORK. 811 IS THE STATE UTILITY LOCATE
NUMBER
4) CONTROL NOXIOUS WEEDS. TREAT EXISTING WEEDS PRIOR TO RELOCATING
PLANTS AND SEEDS.
5) REVEGITATE ALL DISTURBED AREAS THAT ARE NOT PART OF A ROAD OR NOW
SEEDED AREA.
b) PROVIDE EROSION CONTROLS UNTIL SEEDED AREAS CAN BE ESTABLISHED.
7) PROVIDE DUST CONTROL AS REQUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
8) MAINTAIN ALL DRAINAGE ON THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, DRAINAGE SHALL NOT
ENTER NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES OTHER THAN HISTORIC DRAINAGE.
9) FOLLOW ENGINEERED PLANS. VERIFY ANY CHANGES WITH THE ENGINEER.
10)ALL INFRASTRUCTURE PIPING AND STORMWATER DRAINAGE IS TO BE
INSPECTED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. A STAMPED LETTER FROM THE
ENGINEER ACCEPTING ALL INFRASTRUCTURE INSTALLATION IS REQUIRED
PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS.
