To Whom It May Concern:
The Board of the St Finnbar Farm Road HOA states that the below request from the
owners of 33 St Finnbar Farm Road, Jeff Grinspoon & Jon Foley, follow all HOA bylaws
and are approved by the Design Review Board.
The work includes:
Minor grading to level out previously disturbed areas of the site and the addition of new
topsoil in select areas as need.
Re -seeding the disturbed areas with native seed mix.
Ongoing weed management during the establishment of the native seed.
Addition of a soft surface (crusher fines/ decomposed granite) walking trail around the
perimeter of the property as shown on the plans.
During review of our application, the County noted that a portion of our lot is designated
as "open space" on the plat drawings that are on file with the County. The County wants
to specifically understand if the proposed improvements are in line with the allowed
uses in the covenants in relationship to the "open space" designation. Based on the
covenants for St. Finnbar Farm, we believe that the proposed improvements are an
allowed used on our property and including areas defined as "open space" on the plat.
The improvements are low impact and are consisted with improvements on other
properties in the neighborhood.
