Resolved Notice of Violation
Thaddeus Eshelman,
On June 18th, 2026, Garfield County Public Health (GCPH)
staff performed a site visit to observe the removal of the
OWTS components installed without a permit (see the top two
pictures on the right) and the sealing of all openings to the new
septic tank (bottom picture) at 7332 County Road 100 near
Carbondale in Garfield County, Colorado. This letter provides
notice that you have met all the requirements of the Notice of
Violation issued by GCPH on June 12th, 2026, and that the
NOV is hereby RESOLVED.
