1) ALL INFRASTRUCTURE PIPING AND STORMWATER DRAINAGE IS TO Bl=
INSPECTED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. A STAMPED LETTER FROM THE
ENGINEER ACCEPTING ALL INFRASTRUCTURE INSTALLATION IS REQUIRED
PRIOR TO ISSUING ANY BUILDING PERMITS.
2) PRIOR TO CLOSING THE GRADING PERMIT, PLEASE CALL AN INSPECTION WITH
THE LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT TO VERIFY THE IMPROVEMENTS ARE ACCEPTABLE.
3) THIS ROAD AND LOTS IT SERVES ARE EXEMPT FROM SUBDIVISION REVIEW
PER STATE STATUE REGARDING LOTS OVER 35 ACRES.
4) MAINTAIN ROAD STANDARDS PER GARFIELD LAND USE CODE 7-107.
5) THE FIRE CISTERN COVENANTS ARE IN DRAFT FORM; PLEASE PROVIDE THIS
DOCUMENT IN IT'S FINAL FORM PRIOR TO CLOSING THE GRADING PERMIT.
6) SANITARY FACILITIES ARE REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED FOR WORKERS.
7) INSTALL STORMWATER CONTROLS PRIOR TO ANY DIRT WORK.
8) LOCATE ALL UTILITIES PRIOR TO ANY WORK. 811 IS THE STATE UTILITY LOCATE
NUMBER
9) CONTROL NOXIOUS WEEDS. TREAT EXISTING WEEDS PRIOR TO RELOCATING
PLANTS AND SEEDS.
10) REVEGITATE ALL DISTURBED AREAS THAT ARE NOT PART OF A ROAD OR NON -
SEEDED AREA.
11) PROVIDE EROSION CONTROLS UNTIL SEEDED AREAS CAN BE ESTABLISHED.
12) PROVIDE DUST CONTROL AS REQUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
13) MAINTAIN ALL DRAINAGE ON THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, DRAINAGE SHALL NOT
ENTER NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES OTHER THAN HISTORIC DRAINAGE.
14) FOLLOW ENGINEERED PLANS. VERIFY ANY CHANGES WITH THE ENGINEER.
15)A DRIVEWAY PERMIT MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE
