A heavy rainstorm occurred on August 21, 2006 and Harvey Gap Road was closed the following
day. The flooding caused a wash out in front of pinpointed area. Farmers Irrigation Company
(FICO) constructed an HDPE Pipe Emergency Overflow shortly thereafter. The pipe outlet via a
dissipater is S 33020' W, 956 feet from the Common Well for Parcels 1A, 2 and 3 of the Grand
Hogback Subdivision Exemption.
