(CTLIT) visited 1711 County Road 331 on June 22, 2026, The pur- pose of our site visit was to observe the footing subgrade soils in the foundation excavation for the residence. The soils exposed at proposed footing elevation consist of natural, sandy clays with scattered gravels, and are consistent with the soils encountered during our geotechnical investigation. Photographs taken at the time of our site visit are attached. CTLIT performed a geotechnical engineering investigation for 1711 County Road 331 (Project No. GS07096.000-120; report dated April 30, 2026). Our report recommended that the footings should be supported by the undisturbed, natural, sandy clay soil or densely compacted, granular, structural fill. Based on our observations, we judge the natural soils exposed at proposed footing grade are suitable for support of footings designed for a maximum allowable bearing pressure of 1,200 psf. We are available to discuss the contents of this letter. Please contact us if you have questions or need additional information. L4` ., t .a. t CTLITHOMPSON, INC 5..
