THOMPSON, Chief Building Inspector SUBJECT: Yost /Pretti Liquor License Hearing DATE: June 1, 1983 On May 31, 1982 I advised the Garfield Board of County Commissioners at a liquor license hearing that the Yost and Pretti "hunting camp" building permit had not been issued a certificate of occupancy ,PA.491 advised that no record of final inspection request or actual/inspection record could be found. I further advised the Board that there was no record of a septic system permit being issued, however, the building permit application showed a septic system entered in the area for "type of sewage disposal ", which had been scratched out and chemical toilet subsituted (written in). Mr. Yost advised the board that W.C. "Bud" Milner had said he could use a 1,000 gallon holding tank.
