Re: Snomwass Unit Train Loadout Facility
Truck Dump Building Permit Application
Dear Mr. Milner:
Attached is Building Permit Application No. 1363 for the Truck Dump
Building. Please be aware that this building is a part of the above
referenced facility and additional permits will be filed to cover the
remaining buildings and conveyor structure.
Confirming our discussions in your office on July 16, 1980, and by phone
on July 18, 1980, Dravo will not be required to apply for permits on
civil work such as railroad berms, ponds and other excavations and fills.
We anticipate the start of this work prior to your approval of the Truck
Dump Building permits and immediately after the approval of the Garfield
County Special Use and MLRB permits.
As a part of this application, I am transmitting herewith two sets of
the following:
