Review of the Garfield County Building Division records indicate
that your building permit # 2970 has not had any activity
recorded during the past several months.
The checked items on the following list indicate the activity
or actions which are in arrears:
1. Final inspections have not been called for or made.
(Therefore no certificate of occupancy has been
issued nor has the permit been closed out.)
2. Last inspection date at that
time inspection was
made.
3. Final electrical inspection not made by Colorado State
Electrical Inspector. We cannot issue a Certificate of
Occupancy until this inspection is made.
4. Certificate of Occupancy has been issued, office set of
your house plans will be held for 30 days. If plans are
not picked up during this period they will be destroyed.
