Mr. & Mrs. Jackson:
This letter is to thank you for responding to my letter of January 12, 1994. I also wanted to
inform you of two (2) items which you need to address in regard to your home:
1. Living in the home prior to a Final Inspection being passed violates both Garfield
County and State of Colorado law with substantial penalties;
2. To date, we have no record of you obtaining an electrical permit from the State of
Colorado. If you have electricity serving your house, a final electrical inspection is a
requirement for our final inspection.
